By placing an order with Spooky Florist, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Custom Floral Design
All arrangements are custom designed and may vary slightly from reference photos due to seasonal availability, flower condition, and artistic interpretation. While we do our best to match requested styles and color palettes, exact flower varieties may be substituted when necessary.
Fresh Flower Availability
Flower availability changes daily and is dependent on seasonal and wholesale supply. Spooky Florist reserves the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall aesthetic and design style.
Order Requests
Submitting an inquiry form does not guarantee booking. Orders are only considered confirmed once payment or deposit has been received and approved by Spooky Florist.
Wedding & Event Orders
Wedding and event deposits are non-refundable and secure your date on our calendar. Final balances must be paid by the agreed-upon due date prior to the event.
Pickup & Delivery
Customers are responsible for arriving during their scheduled pickup window. Delivery times are estimated and may vary slightly due to traffic, weather, venue access, or event setup conditions.
Once flowers are picked up or delivered, Spooky Florist is no longer responsible for damage caused by improper handling, weather exposure, or failure to follow care instructions.
Intellectual Property
All photos, designs, branding, logos, and website content are property of Spooky Florist and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without permission.
Website Use
Users agree not to misuse this website, submit spam, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in unlawful activity through the site or contact forms.
Limitation of Liability
Spooky Florist is not liable for delays, damages, or issues caused by circumstances outside of our control including weather, venue restrictions, accidents, supply shortages, or third-party service interruptions.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Fresh Floral Orders
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all sales are generally final.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact Spooky Florist within 24 hours of pickup or delivery with clear photos of the arrangement so we can review the situation.
Refunds or replacements may be offered at our discretion for:
Incorrect orders
Significant quality concerns
Damaged arrangements upon arrival
Custom & Specialty Orders
Custom pieces, event florals, weddings, and specialty commissions are non-refundable once materials have been purchased or work has begun.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted as early as possible.
Standard bouquet orders may qualify for partial store credit if canceled before flowers are purchased.
Wedding and event deposits are non-refundable.
Last-minute cancellations may not qualify for refunds due to preparation and inventory costs.
Pickup No-Shows
Orders not picked up during the agreed timeframe may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
Artificial & Non-Perishable Items
Non-perishable items may qualify for exchange or store credit within 7 days if unused and returned in original condition.
